You are providing your name, address, and signature on the petition form.

We follow the State of Washington regulations exactly:

1) We give signed forms to the Edmonds city clerk. They forward them to the Snohomish County Auditor. 

2) The Auditor department runs local elections. They compare your signature to the voter registration records and certify whether or not there were enough signatures to put the initiative on the ballot. 

3) The Auditor department keeps the signed forms. Neither the Edmonds Neighbors PAC nor the City of Edmonds retain copies.

You may chose to  give us your email address because you want to receive our newsletter or other communication from the Edmonds Neighbors PAC. We will not share your email address with any other organization or government entity.

This website is built on the WIX platform. The system collects anonymous data on your session, such has how many seconds you spent on each page or whether you started your session by clicking on a link on another website and got directed to this website. It's useful data for our web master to improve this site and make it more effective for you - the voter who is becoming informed. The system knows nothing personal about you - you are anonymous (and we want it that way).
